Diabetes, an insidious disease
Diabetes is a disease which can be achieved without knowing it. Yet some symptoms should trigger the alert: persistent fatigue, a desire to urinate often, excessive thirst, excessive hunger, a weight loss not resulting from a reduced calorie diet, blurred vision, difficulty heal, vomiting, infections of the genitals, tingling in the extremities, a change of character or mood.
The list is long and of course it is not necessary to present all these symptoms to worry about. If in doubt should immediately consult their GP because most diagnosed early the better.
Diabetes is a disease whose consequences can be disastrous and very disabling. It is therefore necessary to care for and adopt a healthy lifestyle to maintain strict healthy. Eat a balanced diet, little or no refined sugar, the least fat. In fact everyone should eat like diabetics because their diet is the assurance of good health. Following the same lifestyle as a diabetic, that is, a healthy lifestyle and regular physical activity, we fight against overweight and physical inactivity, two evils to fight for everyone.
If you want to learn more about diabetes, for yourself or someone close to you, I recommend the blog of a young diabetic who shared his experience and his daily life. Better Living Diabetes is the credo since the announcement of his illness.
