Each year in early December fever seizes me. No I'm not sick but when the sad end of November I found the enthusiasm of my youth to prepare for Christmas.

Rennes, my city, comes alive with lights at dusk invite you to stroll. Christmas markets with their wooden chalets attract the barge for a last little gift more or less exotic but it is mainly the gourmet temptations that win the most success. Waffles and other frills are competing for shares of flammekueche, with slices of melted cheese of course the famous mulled wine to warm the bodies and minds.
The Town Hall Square artisans face and offer their works. Prices are higher but the quality and originality make the difference.

As of December 21 the front of City Hall offers the enchantment of a light show not to be missed.
